Sonplus Spray is a substitute for milk powder. It gives all types of bread, cakes and biscuits, extra crust colour and extra flavour. Dosage is 0,5-4% on flour weight or 60-75% of normal use of milkpowder.

About the Sonplus bread improver range

The powdered bread improvers of the SonPlus series produce good baking quality with good structure and tenderness in all types of full-sized loaves, individual breads (rolls, etc.), fruit bread, luxury bread and crisp breads. Suitable for all processes, including dough-retarding processes and interrupted proofing by means of a freezing process.
