  • 10000 g Mix for Babka Lemon 100%
  • 5000 g Eggs 50%
  • 5500 g Oil (rape) 55%

Working method

  • Mix all ingredients into a well batter (approx. 4 min.)
  • Scale: approx. 500 grams
  • Baking: Approx. 45 minutes at 170-180ºC
