Chocolate Cookies with Credi Cookie Dark
Ingredients
- Credi Cookie Dark
- 150 g Dairy butter or margarine
- 150 g Bake stable chocolade chunks
- 75 g Water approx.
Working method
- Mix Credin Dark Cookie Mix with butter or margarine and water for approx. 3 mins. Mix filling in for approx. 2 mins. till the dough is homogenous.
- Make a roll of the dough with a diameter of approx. 6 cm. Cut slices of 65 grams per piece. Place the slices on prepared baking sheets. There is no need to flatten the cookies.
- Bake: approx. 12/14 minutes at 180°C
