  • Put all the ingredients in the mixer and beat for 1 minute at slow speed.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue beating for 4 minutes at medium speed.
  • Dough temperature: approx. 400 grams.
  • Baking: Approx. 35-40 minutes at 360ºF
