Knekkebrod with ID Knekkebrodmix
Ingredients
- 1000 g - 100% ID Knekkebrodmix
- 1200 g - 120% Water ca.
Working method
- Mix approx. 5 minutes with a planetair mixer all ingredients to a homogenius batter. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes after mixing and before processing
- Spread approx. 1100 grams batter as thin as possible over a prepared baking slide of 60 x 80 cm
- Bake approx. 10 minutes at 180°C
- Slice the dried batter into the desired dimensions directly from the oven
- Bake again: Approx. 45 minutes at 170°C with open valve
