VitaSon bread mixes
The VitaSon bread mixes make it easy to produce different varieties of speciality breads. The only ingredients added to the mixes are the ones that are essential for a premium quality and tasty loaf. Bread made with VitaSon bread mixes does not contain added sugars and palm oil. The breads are also free of cysteine, soy, lupine, milk, lactose, egg and other animal ingredients. The multigrain breads that you make with our VitaSon bread mixes contain at least three types of grain for a minimum of 5% per grain on the baked bread.

CreationS bread mixes
CreationS is a series of highly concentrated premixes that do not contain salt or bread improvers. It allows the creation of your own types of bread because the creations bread mixes have a flexible dosing between 10 and 40%.
