Working method

  • Put all the ingredients in the mixer and beat for 1 minute at slow speed. Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue beating for 4 minutes at medium speed
  • Scale: approx. 400 grams
  • Bake: approx. 35-40 minutes at 170-180ºC
