BBQ Chicken Bites
BBQ Chicken Bites based on SonPulse BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
Laminated yeast dough:
- 500 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 25 g Margarine
- 25 g Fresh yeast
- 8 g Salt
- 200 g Water approx.
- 250 g Laminating butter/laminating margarine
Filling:
- 330 g SonPulse BBQ Chicken
- 22 g Water
Decoration:
- Grated cheese
Working method
- Make laminated yeast dough.
- Mix SonPulse BBQ Chicken with water.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm.
- Cut out slices with a round cutter of 8 cm in diameter.
- Pipe approx. 15 g filling on each slice.
- Decorate with grated cheese.
- Final proof approx. 80 minutes.
- Bake approx. 20 minutes at 175°C.
