BBQ Chicken Bites

BBQ Chicken Bites based on SonPulse BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

Laminated yeast dough:

  • 500 g Flour
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 25 g Margarine
  • 25 g Fresh yeast
  • 8 g Salt
  • 200 g Water approx.
  • 250 g Laminating butter/laminating margarine

Filling:

  • 330 g SonPulse BBQ Chicken
  • 22 g Water

Decoration:

  • Grated cheese

Working method

  • Make laminated yeast dough.
  • Mix SonPulse BBQ Chicken with water.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4 mm.
  • Cut out slices with a round cutter of 8 cm in diameter.
  • Pipe approx. 15 g filling on each slice.
  • Decorate with grated cheese.
  • Final proof approx. 80 minutes.
  • Bake approx. 20 minutes at 175°C.
