Ingredients
- 10000 g Sonnique Cake 100%
- 5000 g Eggs 50%
- 5000 g Butter or Margarine 50%
Working method
- Mix the butter creamy and smooth Add other ingredients and mix for a period of approx. 5 minutes in the second gear. The specific weight is approx. 750 g/l
- Scale 400 grams in baking tins (20 x 9 x 7cm)
- Baking: Approx. 50 minutes at 170-180ºC
- Baking: approx. 15 minutes at 250ºC with a bit steam
Add lemon zest to the batter, if necessary.
