- 4000 g - 40% CreationS Maize
- 300 g - 3% Fresh Yeast
- 300 g - 3% Sonplus Krokant Extra (Crispy)
- 5700 g - 57% Water approx.

- Maize Grits
Working method
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough
- Dough temperature: approx. 26ºC
- Scale: approx. 1600 grams
- Dough rest: Approx. 10 minutes
- Only divide and not rounding. Decorate with maize grits. Place separately on baking slides and slightly flatten
- Final proof: Approx. 60 minutes
- Baking: approx. 18 minutes at 230ºC with little steam
