FlapJacks (Fruit & Cereal Bar) Bright - Credi Cookie Plain
Ingredients
- 10.000 g Credi Cookie Plain 100%
- 1.300 g Butter 13%
- 1.000 g Water 10%
Filling:
- 1.500 g Wheat flakes 15%
- 1.500 g Dates (chopped) 15%
- 1.500 g Figs (chopped) 15%
- 1.500 g Apricot pieces 15%
- 700 g Honey 7%
Working method
- Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes at second speed.
- Add the filling and mix for 2 more minutes.
- Press into square pie plates (or baking trays) of approx. 2 cm high, approx 3.600 gram.
- Bake: approx. 35 minutes at 320ºF.
- After cooling down, cut in to bars as desired.
