FlapJacks (Fruit & Cereal Bar) Bright - Credi Cookie Plain

Ingredients

Filling:

  • 1.500 g Wheat flakes 15%
  • 1.500 g Dates (chopped) 15%
  • 1.500 g Figs (chopped) 15%
  • 1.500 g Apricot pieces 15%
  • 700 g Honey 7%

Working method

  • Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes at second speed.
  • Add the filling and mix for 2 more minutes.
  • Press into square pie plates (or baking trays) of approx. 2 cm high, approx 3.600 gram.
  • Bake: approx. 35 minutes at 320ºF.
  • After cooling down, cut in to bars as desired.
