Knekkebrod
Ingredients
- 1000 g - 100% ID Knekkebrodmix
- 1150-1200 g - 115% Water ca.
Working method
- Mix all ingredients in first speed approx. 5 minutes into a smooth batter
- Ironing approx. 1100 grams batter as thin as possible on a greased baking tray of 60 x 80 cm
- Baking: Approx. 10 minutes at 180ºC
- Cut the dried batter directly from the oven to your desired dimensions
- Finaly fry off: Approx. 45 minutes at 170ºC
