Ingredients

Laminated dough:

  • 2.500 g Laminated dough without yeast

Filling:

  • 2.000 g SONPULSE BBQ CHICKEN
  • 300 g Water

Working method

  • Thin the SonPulse BBQ Chicken with water.
  • Roll out the laminated dough into a sheet of 2 mm thickness.
  • Cut square slices of 12 x 12 cm.
  • Pipe SonPulse BBQ Chicken filling on the slices.
  • Fold the dough slices into a triangle shape and press the edges well.
  • Dough rest approx. 30 minutes.
  • Bake approx. 20 minutes at 180°C.
