Mexican Muffins based on Credi Savoury Muffins and SonPulse Mexican
Ingredients
Muffins:
- 550 g Credi Savoury Muffins
- 225 g Eggs
- 100 g Oil
- 65 g Fried onions
Filling:
- SonPulse Mexican
Working method
- Mix all ingredients: approx. 4minutes in first gear, after that approx. 2 minutes in second gear.
- Pipe approx. 80 grams muffin batter into the de muffin forms.
- Pipe approx. 25 grams SonPulse Savoury Filling Mexican in the muffin batter.
- Decorate as desired.
- Bake: approx. 25 minutes on 180°C.
