Vanille Cookies with Chocolate and Nut pieces
Ingredients
- 1000 g Credi Cookie Plain 100%
- 150 g Cake Margarine (13°C) 15%
Filling::
- 100-150 g Chocolate and/or Nut pieces 10-15%
Working method
- Mix Credi Cookie Plain with margarine and water for approx. 3 minutes. Mix filling in for approx. 2 minutes till the dough is homogeneous
- Make a roll of the dough with a diameter of approx. 6 cm. Cut slices of 75 grams per piece. Place the slices on prepared baking sheets. There is no need to flatten the cookies
- Baking: Approx. 12 minutes at 180°C
