- 10000 g - 100% Baked bread (pieces)
Working method
- Slice the bread (with slicing machine) in even small pieces.
- Sprinkle the small pieces of bread with the Sonextra Marinade.
- Baking: approx. 15-20 minutes at 175°C (depending on the size of the chips).
