Ingredients

  • 10000 g Sonnique Cake 100%
  • 5000 g Eggs 50%
  • 5000 g Butter or margarine 50%

Working method

  • Mix the butter creamy and smooth. Add the other ingredients and mix for a period of approx. 5 minutes in the second gear. The specific weight is approx. 750 g/l.
  • Scale 400 grams in baking tins (20 x 9 x 7cm).
  • Baking: approx. 50 minutes at 170-180ºC.
  • Baking: approx. 15 minutes at 250ºC with a bit steam.

Notes

Add lemon zest to the batter, if necessary.
