Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough
Dough temperature: approx. 27ºC
Scale: approx. 720 grams and round up
Mould as a long or round loaf, decorate with chiaseeds and place the dough pieces on a with rice flour prepared inserter or baking sheets
Final proof: Approx. 60 minutes
Baking: Approx. 35 minutes at 230°C with steam
Dough proof: Approx. 25 minutes
Incise dough pieces just before baking as desired
