Ingredients
- 10.000 g Credi Cake Choco Extra Dark 100%
- 3.500 g Eggs 35%
- 3.000 g Oil 30%
- 2.250 g Water approx. 22.5%
Working method
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer and beat for 1 minute at slow speed. Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue beating for 4 minutes at medium speed.
- Dough temperature: approx 400 gram.
- Bake: approx. 35- 40 minutes at 360ºF.
