Mix all ingredients in to a smooth and well developed dough
Dough temperature: approx. 26ºC
Scale: approx. 1650 gram (30 pieces)
Dough proof: Approx. 15 minutes
Make a round slice of the dough pieces. Decorate with sunflower seeds on the bottom and sprinkle with rye flour on the top of the slice. Divide and round up. Place the dough pieces on baking sheets. It is possible to sprinkle lightly with Caraway seeds
Final proof: Approx. 60 minutes
Baking: approx. 15 minutes at 225ºC with steam
