Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough
Dough temperature: approx. 26ºC
Scale: Dough pieces approx. 700 grams and rounding
Dough proof: Approx. 30 minutes
Mould as a loaf Decorate with a mixture of mais grids and poppy seeds and place the dough pieces on with rice flour prepared inserter or baking sheets
Incise just before baking as desired
Final proof: Approx. 65 minutes
Baking: Approx. 35 minutes at 230ºC with steam Open steam slide for the last 15 minutes
