Mix all ingredients in first speed approx. 5 minutes into a smooth batter
Ironing approx. 1100 grams batter as thin as possible on a greased baking tray of 60 x 80 cm
Baking: Approx. 10 minutes at 180ºC
Cut the dried batter directly from the oven to your desired dimensions
Finaly fry off: Approx. 45 minutes at 170ºC
