Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough.
Dough temperature: approx. 26°C.
Scale dough pieces approx. 445 gram and rounding.
Dough proof: approx. 40 minutes.
Mould as a long loaf and decorate with the mixture of sesame seed, linseed and sunflower.
Place the dough pieces on inserter or baking sheets.
Final proof: approx. 65 minutes.
Before baking incise three times
Bake: approx. 35-40 minutes at 225ºC
Bake in rotation oven: approx. 35-40 minutes at 210ºC
