Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough.
Dough temperature: approx. 26°C.
Scale dough pieces approx. 900 grams and rounding.
Dough proof: approx. 40 minutes.
Mould as a long loaf and decorate with the mixture of sesame seed, linseed and sunflowerseed.
Place dough pieces in baking tins.
Final proof: approx. 75 minutes.
Incise once just before baking.
Bake approx. 35-40 minutes at 225ºC with a little steam.
Bake in rotation oven: approx. 35-40 minutes at 215ºC with a little steam.
