Ingredients
- 10000 g - 100% Quarkball-mix
- 5000 g - 50% Egg
- 10000 g - 100% low fat
- 1000 g - 10% Vegetable oil

- Fine Granulated Sugar (if desired mixed with Cinna
Working method
- Mix all ingredients into a smooth and developed dough Mixing time approx. 4 minutes at first speed in a planetair mixer
- Dough temperature: approx. 20 minutes
- Dosing with a dosingmachine or with piping bag: Make balls of approx. 18 grams. Do not make the pieces too large balls in relation to well done baking
- Bake in frying oil with a temperature of approx. 170°C Baking time approx. 7 minutes, depending on the volume of the balls
- Finish with fine granulated sugar (if desired mixed with cinnamon)
