Mix all ingredients into a smooth and developed dough Mixing time approx. 4 minutes at first speed in a planetair mixer
Dough temperature: approx. 20 minutes
Dosing with a dosingmachine or with piping bag: Make balls of approx. 18 grams. Do not make the pieces too large balls in relation to well done baking
Bake in frying oil with a temperature of approx. 170°C Baking time approx. 7 minutes, depending on the volume of the balls
Finish with fine granulated sugar (if desired mixed with cinnamon)
