Savory Snacks based on SonPulse BBQ Chicken
Servings 45 pieces
Laminated dough:
- 2.500 g Laminated dough without yeast
Thin the SonPulse BBQ Chicken with water.
Roll out the laminated dough into a sheet of 2 mm thickness.
Cut square slices of 12 x 12 cm.
Pipe SonPulse BBQ Chicken filling on the slices.
Fold the dough slices into a triangle shape and press the edges well.
Dough rest approx. 30 minutes.
Bake approx. 20 minutes at 180°C.
