Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough After kneading directly mix filling in
Dough temperature: approx. 26ºC
Scale: approx. 1800 grams (30 pieces)
Dough proof: Approx. 15 minutes
Decorate with grated cheese (It is possible to adjust the taste by adding pepper and paprika powder to the grated cheese)
Final proof: Approx. 70 minutes
Baking: approx. 9 minutes at 260ºC
Divide and round up Place the dough pieces on baking sheets
