Working method
Mix all ingredients into a smooth and well developed dough
Dough temperature: approx. 26ºC
Scale: Dough pieces approx. 450 grams and rounding
Dough proof: Approx. 40 minutes
Mould as a round loaf Place the dough pieces on baking sheets and flatten slightly.
Stab in the middle with a round stick Decorate the inside with sunflower seeds and decorate the outside with maisgroats.
Incise like a solar orb
Final proof: Approx. 65 minutes
Baking: Approx. 35 minutes at 230ºC with steam

Combine Vitason Zonnepit with olive oil and dried chives, used to obtain a distinctive crusty bread ..
