Working method
Make laminated yeast dough.
Roll out the dough 43 cm wide and 2,2 mm thickness.
Cut 3 strokes of 14 x 50 cm.
Pipe SonPulse Tandoori, and roll up the strokes.
Cut at 5 cm wide (approx. 45 g).
Final proof: approx. 80 minutes.
Bake: approx. 20 minutes at 175°C.
